Police in Douglas are investigating a burglary that occurred at the Heritage Homes site near Quines Corner, Lord street, Douglas between 6.00pm Wednesday 19th January 2011 and 06.00 Thursday 20th January 2011. After gaining entry to the site, a large number of power tools by various manufacturers including DEWALT, HILTI and BOSCH have been taken as well as 3 rolls of grade 4, 300 mm wide lead. Constable MOORE would like anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious or has been offered anything similar for sale or has any information regarding this incident to contact him at Lord Street Police Station. Heritage Homes are also willing to give a reward leading to the recovery of the stolen property and the arrest/ conviction of the persons responsible. ENDS
