Men Charged Following Assault Investigation

During the early hours of Sunday 19th September 2010, a serious assault occurred outside Moby Dicks fast food take away, Central Promenade, Douglas. As a result of the assault, a 30 year old man received serious injuries including a fractured neck. An investigation was launched and three arrests were made in September and October 2010. Three men, aged 29, 22, and 21, all from Douglas, have now been charged with inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent. They will appear at Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday 15th March 2011. ENDS
