One of the Island’s leading Investment Management firms has announced the promotion of Laura Bellwood to Marketing Manager. Laura joined Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited in October 2005, beginning her career with the firm as a member of the Operations and Treasury Teams. Laura moved into the marketing department in January 2009 and worked on a range of initiatives designed to increase the awareness of Thomas Miller Investment. She has recently assumed responsibility for the oversight and strategic coordination of the marketing activities for the Thomas Miller Investment Group, across its three offices in the Isle of Man, London and Edinburgh. Laura is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, gaining the CIM Professional Diploma in 2009. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. Commenting, Laura said: “I have seen the company expand over the last few years and have been privileged to have been involved in some exciting projects involving both the business and the community which have focussed on increasing our presence on the Island.
