At 00.31hours on Monday the 14th February 2011, 19 year old Ryan James Oakey was charged at Douglas Police Headquarters with the offence of Manslaughter in relation to the death of Mark Carl Green, aged 44 who collapsed and died on Saturday the 12th February 2011 outside his home address in Douglas. Mr Oakey has also been charged with offences of Affray and Threats to Kill relating to the same incident and will appear at Douglas Court House later today. A further media release will be made during Monday the 14th February, 2011 once a formal identification has taken place. Despite this, Police are satisfied that the identity of the deceased is that of 44 year old Mark Carl Green. ENDS
