Ramsey leisure complex on target for Easter opening Alan Price of Buffalo Bowling and Leisure, the company transforming the former swimming pool on Queens Promenade confirmed the good news to Ramsey Town Commissioners during a recent site inspection. Ramsey Town Commissioners’ chairman Captain Nigel Malpass said: ‘The Commissioners are delighted that the project is now on target for an Easter opening, especially given that with the additional Bank Holiday to celebrate the Royal Wedding, there will be extended opportunities for people Island-wide to come to Ramsey and benefit from what we are confident will become a major leisure attraction.
