Police in search of Missing Vehicle Police are currently trying to locate A white coloured Volkswagen Caddy van registration number JMN985A that was taken from the Onchan area in the early hours of Friday 11th February 2011. If this vehicle is seen by members of the public we would ask them to contact police on the following numbers : Peel Police Station on 842208 or Douglas Police Headquarters on 631212. Alternatively a call can be made via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. The incident is believed to have occurred between 8.30pm and 10pm on Monday 14th February 2011. During the burglary several items were stolen including jewellery, cash and a DVD player. Ends ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Police are appealing for information regarding a Theft from a burger van Sometime between 17.00hrs on Monday 7th February and 09.30hrs on Tuesday 8th February 2011 a burger van situated on the Springvalley Industrial Estate has been broken into. Items of stock have been taken from the van including soft drinks and meats along with an I-POD with the inscription “Jamie” on the back and a black coloured Sony CD Player. Constable David Thommeny would like to hear from anyone who may have knowledge of the incident, he would particularly like to speak with the drivers of 2 vehicles seen to be parked in the Agrimark Car park at around 8.30pm on Monday 7th February and any persons who may have walked through the industrial estate at any time during the night.
