Around 2.30pm on Sunday 13th February 2011 there was an altercation between two males on the junction of Mona Street and Derby Road, Peel. If anyone witnessed the incident or has information about it, they are asked to contact PC 204 Loader at Peel Police Station on 842208. ENDS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At 5:35pm On Friday 11th February a Silver Saloon style motorcar travelling towards Circular Road was in collision with a 58yr old female attempting to cross the road. The male driver stopped at the scene and spoke with the female to check on her welfare. Whilst she appeared fine at the time it has now been established that she has suffered heavy bruising and swelling as a result of the collision. PC 63 Mike Crompton would like to speak with the driver in relation to this matter. The driver is described as approximately 30yrs old, tall, slim, dark hair, wearing glasses, dark clothing and dark shoes. ENDS
