Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team are investigating a theft of a drum of green and yellow coated copper wire. The theft occurred at around 10.30pm Friday 25th February 2011 from a wagon parked at Manx Electricity Authority on the Isle of Man Business Park Braddan. The wire is distinctive as it is coated in green and yellow plastic and is 100 meters long by 70mm in diameter and was still rolled onto its storage drum. If anyone has any information in regard to this matter or who may have been in the area at the time and seen anyone or any vehicle acting suspiciously they are asked to contact PC 76 Lawler at Onchan Police Station on 675190.
