Eastern District Civic Amenity Site – Minor Short-Term Disruption

From Wednesday March 9 for approximately two weeks the Eastern district civic amenity site will be subject to some minor disruption to services while repair work is undertaken to the concrete surfaces. As a consequence, for the first two days there will be a controlled traffic route to access the skips and the reuse sheds will not be open. Thereafter it is anticipated a full service will resume while the resurfacing work continues. Douglas Borough Council apologises for any inconvenience caused to customers while this essential work is carried out and will make every effort to minimise the disruption. Ends
