Constable Ben Horan from Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team is investigating an incident where a pedal cycle was stolen from the area of Empire Terrace, DOUGLAS. This occurred between 8.30am and 2.00pm on Monday 28th February 2011. The bicycle was a gentleman’s mountain bike, purple in colour with the word ‘OGRE’ printed on the side. PC Horan said “Police are anxious to hear from anybody who may have seen the incident, or know something of it. Police would also urge members of the public to secure their bicycles before leaving them” If you have any information regarding this matter, then please contact Police immediately. ENDS
