Ramsey Rotary Thanks for Life

The Rotary Club of Ramsey will be holding a street collection at the Courthouse in Ramsey from 10am til 1pm today, 5th March 2011, as part of the Rotary International Thanks for Life Campaign. In October last year the Club planted 1000 sponsored purple crocus bulbs in the Courthouse "eye bed", the purple crocus was chosen because it signifies the purple die used to mark the fingers of children who have been inoculated against polio in countries where the disease has yet to be eradicated. All monies collected will go towards the Rotary Ends
