2011 Student Police Constables

The Student Police Officers from intake 2011 will be holding a fundraising event in order to introduce themselves to the community and in doing so, raise money for two worthwhile charities that are close to the hearts of many island residents. The students will be attempting to ‘ski’ the equivalent distance around the Isle of Man using cross trainers, kindly loaned by Carrefour Gym. This is a distance of approximately 100miles Charities: Victim Support and The Rob Vine Fund Date: 26th March 2011 Time: 09h30 - 17h00 Vene: Regent Street, DOUGLAS Staff Development Manager, Inspector Keith Kinrade commented “This is a great way for the students to engage with members of the community and in doing so raise funds for charity. I hope as many people as possible will pop down to Regent Street on the 26th to support the students” Ends
