Constable Jenette MARTIN from Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team is investigating an incident which occurred in The Outback between 01.30 am and 02.30 am late Saturday night into Sunday 13th March 2011. The aggrieved was stood on the edge of the dance floor when he was approached by a male who subsequently assaulted him. The incident resulted the aggrieved sustaining a cut to his forehead which needed hospital treatment consisting of four stitches. PC MARTIN said ‘This incident has left the aggrieved shaken and Police are anxious to speak with the person responsible or any witnesses.’ If you have any information regarding this matter, then please contact Police immediately.
