Eastern district civic amenity site: normal service resumed The resurfacing work at the Eastern district civic amenity site has been completed and normal service resumed. The site is open 8.00am to 4.00 pm daily (weather conditions permitting) between October 1 and March 31 and Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 7.00pm, Sunday, 8.00am to 4.00pm between April 1 and September 30. (Bank Holidays 8am to 4pm. Closed Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Tynwald Day). Ends
