Appleby Isle of Man has announced that Senior Associate, Gill Crennell, has been promoted to the position of Counsel, with effect from 1st April 2011. Gill is a member of Appleby Isle of Man’s Corporate and Commercial department; she has extensive experience in offshore fund matters, public offers, financial services and regulatory compliance and also specialises in advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions.
