SMP Accounting & Tax Limited, one of the Island's largest Accounting and Tax firms, announces the appointment of Will Watterson as a Tax Manager dealing with tax compliance and advisory matters for Isle of Man and international clients. Will previously spent over 15 years with the Income Tax Division where he dealt with corporate and trust matters and latterly complex individual cases. Will also worked on various committees dealing with amongst other matters the ARI Guidance Notes and also the Taxation of Trusts Practice Note. Tony Dowling, Tax Director commented that ‘Will’s experience within the Income Tax Division will be invaluable in assisting local clients with the sometimes complex and changing Isle of Man legislation’. In his spare time Will is also an active member of the Castletown Lawn Tennis Club where he is a member of the social committee and an assistant coach for the mini tennis team. - Ends -
