The Standing Committee of Tynwald on Scrutiny is investigating the Transfer of Functions Orders which gave effect to the restructuring of government in April 2010. As part of the investigation the Committee intends to hear evidence in public on Thursday 5th May 2011 at 3.30pm in the Legislative Council Chambers, Finch Road.
