Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of diesel from the Green keepers Depot at Douglas Golf Course on Kewaigue Hill, Douglas. The theft occurred sometime between 9.00am on Monday 2nd May and 8.00 am on Tuesday 3rd May 2011. The persons responsible have damaged the perimeter compound fencing to gain access to the fuel. Police would like anyone who may have knowledge of this or similar incidents or the persons responsible to contact any member of the Douglas Policing Team on 631212. Alternatively information can be left on the Isle of Man Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111. Ends
