UK’s Top Fund Manager Talking in Douglas on May 10th

The UK’s top fund manager, Tom Winnifrith, will be giving a talk on the 10th of May at the Palace Hotel on “How to make money in the next 12 months.” He will cover his views on why the dollar will continue to slide, gold will continue to rise, why UK blue chips are a bad bet, banking stocks a dreadful bet and how not to lose money on Asia and to make it from UK equities. Tom’s track record over the past three years makes him officially the UK’s top performing fund manager and he has been awarded the accolade of Alpha Fund Manager. He works with his team at t1ps Investment Management in Athol Street, Douglas managing a number of funds and close ended investment companies, as well as specialist natural resource investment vehicles listed on the AIM market, one of which has grown its NAV by 180% in the first three months since Tom took over as Chief Investment Officer . Tom is also chairman of JPJShare.com, the UK’s lowest cost execution only stockbroker which is also based in Douglas. The talk starts at 6 PM and after which Tom will take questions.
