A reading and audio book resources display is to be held at the Henry Bloom Noble Library in partnership with the Manx Dyslexia Association on Saturday May 21 for children who experience difficulty with reading. The event will provide an opportunity for reluctant readers to sample a selection of reading and audio book resources from Barrington Stokes, Egon Publishers and Audio Books whose representatives will be on hand to talk to visitors, demonstrate the resources and give short presentations at 10.30am and 12.30pm. Librarians will also be attending to give advice and show what libraries around the Island have to offer to children and young people who may be struggling with their reading, in addition to which dyslexia specialists will be available to discuss learning issues. The event will run from 10am to 2pm at the Henry Bloom Noble Library, 10 Victoria Street, Douglas. All children must be accompanied by an adult. ENDS
