Non Payment of Fines

Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team have issued a warning to those with outstanding non payment of fines warrants, “if you have outstanding fines that have been converted into a warrant for non payment you are strongly advised to get them paid” . For the information of people who have outstanding fines within the next two weeks officers will be enforcing such warrants across the division and those who do not pay the outstanding amounts in full will be liable for immediate arrest and imprisonment. All those who wish to resolve outstanding matters are urged to contact PC Charlene Dooley at Lord Street Police Station between the hours of 8am and 4pm on 631212. ENDS
