Constable Jenette Martin from Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team is investigating an incident which occurred at approximately 03.00am on Saturday 7th May 2011 in Market Street, Douglas in the area of the Marks and Spencers car park entrance. A physical altercation took place involving five males. As a result of the incident, two of the males required hospital treatment for facial and head injuries. None of the parties was admitted to hospital and they were released following treatment. PC Martin said ‘Police believe that the incident attracted the attention of people in the area which was busy at the time and Police are anxious to speak with any witnesses.’ If you have any information regarding this matter, then please contact Police immediately.
