ACSP June seminar - 'Tax planners' Holy Grail'

The Association of Corporate Service Providers’ June seminar will be with barrister Stephen Arthur of 9 Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn, London. Titled ‘Manx Foundations and flexibility – the tax planner’s Holy Grail’ the seminar, on Tuesday June 14 and sponsored by Barclays Wealth, will look at the UK’s take on legal structure (corporate entity, trust or neither), the rights and duties of founders, directors and beneficiaries, and UK taxation measures relating to death duties, capital gains tax and income tax. The session will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12noon for a 12.30pm prompt start.
