Stolen Meerkat Garden Ornaments in Peel. Overnight between Saturday 28th May 2011 and Sunday 29th May 2011, four Meerkat Garden Ornaments have been taken from a Garden in Close Quane, Peel. The ornaments have spikes at the bottom and one of the Meerkats is wearing a red neckerchief. It is believed that it is likely these have been taken as part of mischievous “ fun” and may not be malicious, however this has caused some upset for the owner. If anyone can provide any information as to the whereabouts of the ornaments, or the person / persons who have taken them please return forthwith. Please call Peel Police Station on 842208 with information, or alternatively a call can be made via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. ENDS.
