Isle of Man based companies have celebrated another successful year at the International Fund and Product Awards in June. Isle of Man companies won in eight out of 14 categories, and were highly commended in seven categories.* The awards have been running for 12 years and are judged by an independent panel of industry experts. Minister for Economic Development, Hon. Allan Bell MHK said: “We are pleased to see Isle of Man companies enjoying another year’s success at these prestigious awards. Winning these awards demonstrate the number of companies in the Isle of Man who are recognised as leaders in their sector. The Government is pleased to provide support to these companies to enable them to continue as leaders in international financial services.” This year also saw the introduction of a category for the QROPS sector, and a special award was given to Boal & Co for innovation in the QROPS sector and also a special award to Canada Life International for Excellence in service Standards. .
