Specialist contact centre Six Kingdoms Services has plans to employ in the region of 100 people by the end of 2011, with a move into prestigious new offices to be announced within the next few weeks.
Six Kingdoms has enjoyed rapid growth since launching last month and will stage a recruitment open day on Saturday, July 16 at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas.
General Manager John Hewitt said: ‘We’re delighted with our progress over the last few weeks and are keen to bring in new staff over the coming months. We believe we offer a different way of working, in particular our flexibility with working hours because we work transatlantic hours.
‘Another aspect of how we work that marks us out from the crowd is our management style. Rather than have “managers”, we have leaders who focus on developing and motivating the whole team together as a successful unit.
‘We are an equal opportunities employer and are especially keen to meet school leavers, college students, people who have had a career break or those who are interested in a career change.’
Douglas-based Six Kingdoms uses cutting edge technology to provide clients with a bespoke, fully-outsourced solution to their client servicing requirements.
Sarah Gomersall, Assistant General Manager, explained: ‘From handling the response to a one-off marketing campaign through to providing a professional and experienced customer service team meeting the full end-to-end needs of clients, we have the flexibility and knowledge to meet whatever challenge clients put our way.
‘We use unique technologies to adapt our offering to each individual request, and we pride ourselves on delivering a consistent level of quality that is second to none.’
The open recruitment day at the Claremont takes place from 10.00am till 4.00pm. For further information, please call 0808 238 7503 or email office@6k.im
