Police can confirm there was an incident at 0715 this morning 11 Jul 2011, where a man received serious injuries. He was taken to hospital and is currently being treated there. A 22 year old Douglas Man has been arrested in conjunction with this incident, on suspicion of attempted murder. Police are working at the scene to assist in getting the public to work, as a number of cordons are still in place whilst enquiries are carried out. ENDS
