The awards are a prominent occasion within the industry and recognise the greatest contributions to asset management and asset servicing in the past twelve months. The industry’s most prestigious awards are classified into three broad categories; Survey Winners, Investment Excellence and Editorial awards. The award ceremony took place at a gala dinner at the Grange City Hotel, in London, on 6th July. It acknowledges KPMG’s commitment as leading financial advisers to the Investment Management industry. Integrated teams of professionals from within the key offerings of audit, tax and advisory practices provide clients with an in-depth understanding of the markets in which they operate, and offer strategies spanning the fund lifecycle from value creation to realisation. David McGarry, Managing Partner of KPMG Isle of Man, commented on the award: “As a firm we are very honoured to have been recognised with such a renowned award. The traditional and alternative investment management world is extremely competitive so to have been acknowledged as the best in our field is an incredible achievement.
