by isleofman.com 3rd August 2011
Once again a trust in the Isle of Man is helping out the Commonwealth Youth Games with the announcement that the Trustees of the Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust will provide much needed medical bags containing the articles required by the Games Medical Team, particularly the Physiotherapists. Dr Frank Vaughan the Chief Medical Officer for the Games stated “For any major International Event it is necessary to provide a team of qualified Doctors and paramedics to be present at each sporting venue and so able to provide immediate medical care if required. We are fortunate to be able to secure the assistance of a great team of volunteer personnel and with the donation of equipment by the Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust a first class medical service will be provided.” Larry Keenan the Chairman of the Trustees said “We are delighted to be helping in the organisation of these prestigious games and so ensuring that all athletes and team officials can receive a high standard of medical care during their visit” -Ends-
