Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of criminal damage that took place in the area of the Chester Street Car Park on Finch Road, Douglas. The incident occurred between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on Monday 1 August where the front passenger window of a black Volkswagen Golf has been smashed whilst parked on the road next to the Chester Street Car Park.
