by isleofman.com 15th August 2011
Couples planning their big day will want to make a date for the Palace Wedding Fair on Bank Holiday Monday later this month. The event will take place in the Shearwater Suite at the 4-star Palace Hotel ? Casino from 1.00pm till 4.00pm on Monday, August 29. The Palace has brought together some of the Island’s finest wedding suppliers to give people ideas about what’s possible. And of course, the Palace Hotel, with its stunning sea views, is showcased as a perfect wedding reception venue. Among the exhibitors will be Balloons To Go, Embellished Elegance, Freedom Travel, Globe Hairdressing, Island Chocolate Fountains, Party Angels, Shan’s Photography, Steve Woodley Photography, Switched On Entertainment and The Flower Studio. Palace Hotel & Casino Conference and Events Sales Manager Rochelle D’Souza said: ‘Our Wedding Fair has proved extremely popular over the last few years helping people create their dream day. We’re confident this year’s event will build on that success. ‘We’re delighted to have attracted such varied exhibitors, which should ensure the brides and grooms-to-be can discuss the vast majority of wedding requirements under the same roof on the same day. ‘Of course, the event also allows couples the opportunity to look around the Palace complex itself, and see first-hand how well we cater for large events – such as weddings!’ Entrance to the Palace Wedding Fair is free.
