Between 2am and 2.35am on the morning of Saturday 27th August 2011, an altercation involving two men occurred outside Bordello’s nightclub on Loch Promenade, Douglas which is believed to have caused one of the men involved to sustain a cut to his arm, which required treatment at Nobles Hospital. This male was released from hospital a short time afterwards. One of the men suspected of being involved was arrested shortly after the altercation, and has subsequently been released on police bail as further enquiries are made. Constable Andrew Lloyd who is investigating this incident is appealing for anyone who may have either witnessed what happened or who has any information about the incident, to contact him at Lord Street Police Station on 631212. Information can be provided anonymously, if preferred, via the Crimestoppers number of 0800 555 111. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Between Thursday 25th August and Saturday 27th August 2011 the windscreen of a silver Vauxhall Astra has been damaged with some form of implement while the vehicle was and unattended in Harris Terrace, Douglas. Constable Andrew LLOYD from Lord Street Police Station who is investigating this matter is appealing for information from anyone who may have either seen this damage being caused or who has any knowledge about the incident to contact him on 631212.
