by isleofman.com 30th August 2011
Hamblin Employment Group is offering a range of skills based courses and workshops during the next two months designed to develop both people who are currently working, those seeking employment and companies seeking training opportunities for their staff. Hamblin is offering two three-day foundation level eGaming Courses, which will provide people with an understanding of the industry, particularly in the Isle of Man. One of the modules advises delegates which skill sets are required, such as communication and customer service, in order to appeal to potential employers. Hamblin, which recently celebrated its 25 year anniversary, has a dedicated iGaming service, which provides complete solutions for companies operating in the industry. The cost of the course is being heavily subsidised by the Isle of Man Government. Another three-day course, ‘Train the Trainer’, is targeted at people who wish to improve their training skills for both one-to-one and group learning. Those taking part will be taught a range of techniques they can use to identify individual needs in order to deliver effective training.
