Police in the Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team are asking members of the public to assist in identifying those involved in damaging 2 vehicles parked to the rear of Reyart Ny Baie, Albert Terrace, Douglas between 10pm on the 7/9/11 and 7.30am on the 8/9/11. Police are looking to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or that may know the identities of anyone involved. Anyone who has any information is asked to contact Lord Street police station or speak to any police officer.

Peel Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident that occurred on Monday 8th August 2011 after a large quantity of clothing was taken and a tent destroyed in the lower field of the “Mannifest” Festival at Glenlough Campsite. The items included clothing, a sleeping bag, an I- pod charger and DVD’S. It is believed that these items were then thrown onto a nearby campfire and destroyed.The incident ended with the same tent being thrown onto the nearby campfire and completely destroyed.

Police are requesting information regarding damage caused to a Manx Telecom cabinet at the bottom of Alexander Drive, on the left hand side footpath, 10 metres before the junction with the Quarterbridge Road in Douglas. This cabinet is dark green in colour, approximately 1 metre tall and 40 centimetres deep. It has had considerable damage caused to it between Friday 2nd September 2011 and Tuesday 6th September 2011. If anyone has any knowledge of how this damage has occurred, please contact Constable 273 Lissa BARKLIE at Police Headquarters on 631212.
