"Tyni" Support for Peel RNLI

Local bistro “Tyni’s” in Peel has recently supported Peel RNLI with a dinner from which they made a donation to Peel lifeboat. Thursday last saw nearly 40 people attend a dinner at the Tyni Bistro in Peel a proportion of the charge being donated to Peel RNLI. The magnificent sum of ?525.00 was handed over by proprietors Nina and Tyler Wilson, the original idea coming from Nina. Stewart Blackley Chairman of the local branch received the cheque from Tyler on behalf of the RNLI. In addition a cheque for ?290.00 was handed over by Jayne Campanelle the result of her parachute jump along with a cheque for ?30.00 donated to her by St. Johns School. A raffle and auction of paintings by local artists including one donated by Nina and Tyler by Catrina Kent ,raised a further ?955.00 giving a grand total of ?1800.00 to the totally volunteer funded and operated charity ENDS
