At 08:30am on Wednesday 14th September 2011, an incident occurred at the traffic lights of St Ninnian’s Crossroads, leading on to Glencrutchery Road, Douglas. It involved a wagon towing a trailer and a cyclist who sustained severe facial injuries. Anyone with any information is urged to contact PC 289 Andy Lloyd at Lord Street Police Station, 631212. ENDS
