Due to a burst water main, which has caused problems to the stability of the B22 West Baldwin Road surface, the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority has been granted an immediate emergency road closure. As a result, the B22 West Baldwin Road will be closed from its junction with the A23 to Baldwin Bridge until full repairs have been undertaken. Access to Ballachrink Farm will be maintained from the A23. Access to other properties will be maintained via the B12, East Baldwin Road and Baldwin Bridge. It is believed, at this stage, that water supplies to the surrounding area will not be affected. The Authority apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
