Police are trying to identify a male following an incident that occurred shortly after midnight on Saturday the 1st October in the area of Cronk Grainagh. A young woman, walking alone was approached by an unknown male who attempted to grab her. The woman was able to break free and the male made off from the area in an unknown direction. The man is described as being aged between 40 and 50 years, 6ft tall and heavy build, clean shaven, wearing a long trench coat and a baseball cap. He is described as having a Manx accent. It is also believed he had been drinking prior to the incident. Anyone with any information relating to this is asked to contact Onchan Police Station. ENDS
