Leon Mazzone is Team Royal London 360's final rider of the month for 2011. He picks up the award for the impressive string of late-season results he produced during August. The Ramsey youngster started the month in fine style, scoring a brace of top 15 stage placings in the Mayo Youth Tour in Ireland to finish a very good 22nd overall in a large international field of almost 90 riders. At home he won the final round of the hotly contested under 16 racing bike class at the weekly youth criterium league at the NSC and, demonstrating his all-round ability, clocked a personal best time of 24mins 51secs in the penultimate round of the Bikestyle 10 mile time trial league. Leon receives a commemorative trophy and a ?50 cash prize. ENDS
