Theft of tiles from a building site, Main Road, Union Mills At a time unknown between last Wednesday October 5th and Thursday October 13th a quantity of wall tiles have been stolen from a building site located on Main Road, Union Mills near the filling station where a large new home is under construction. The tiles are 600mm x 300mm in size, they are described as being prada beige in colour. They were contained in 7 cardboard boxes each containing seven tiles per box. The boxes carry the name Venus Quartz. Can any information which may help police enquiries be forwarded to PC Nigel Colquitt at Onchan Police Station on 675190. ----------------------------- Overnight between Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th October 2011, someone has entered the forecourt of a car dealers in Foxdale and removed all four wheels off a Citroen Saxo VTR and left the vehicle on blocks. This was obviously done in the hours of darkness and would have taken some considerable time to remove them. These have either been stolen for someone to use on their own vehicle or stolen to order. Peel Police are asking if anyone is offered a set of wheels for a Citroen Saxo or knows of the whereabouts of these wheels then they are asked to get in touch with the Police. Anyone with information to this incident is asked to contact Pc 65 Brammall at Peel police station on 842208, or crime stoppers on 0800 555 111 - Ends -
