This weeks Worcester round saw eight personal best and one equal best being achieved these came from Billy Lightfoot, Adrian Breed, Robert Lott, Anne Rutland, Karen Lott, Colin Moore, Adam Wright, Charlotte Harris and Jon Rutland being the one that equalled his. In the gents recurve Tony Hartley dominated yet again even with the jinxing words from Dave Berry from behind the shooting line which could only net him the second spot on the podium with Billy Lightfoot putting in a personal best to get him the third spot with Jon Rutland equalling his personal best to finish in what was a close fort fight for that last spot on the podium. Ladies recurve saw Anne Rutland continue to push forward with yet another personal best to top her division with new to the sport shooter Karen Lott taking the runners up spot and in the gents compound Colin Moore took an unchallenged win without absentees Peter Mumford(Sick Note) and Simon Musgrove. Ladies compound saw Kirsten George take an unchallenged win with absentees from Joy Gough on nursing duties and Sarah Rigby other wise engaged at the Superstars Isle of Man at the National Sports Centre. In the junior recurve Bradley Layton topped the podium from Adam Wright who pushed Layton all the way to pick up the second step closely followed by Charlotte Harris. Get well wishes are sent from all the club members to Peter Mumford who had an orthopaedic operation last Friday you were missed at the shoot which made it a wind free session. ENDS
