Book Early for Valentines Night

by isleofman.com 2nd November 2011
Exquisite food and the music of love will be on the Valentine’s menu at The Sefton in February. With Christmas on the way, this unique package priced at ?259 per couple, would make an ideal present. The romantic evening will start with an afternoon check-in to an Atrium facing bedroom, followed by a Champagne cocktail and a candle-lit dinner prepared by the hotel’s award-winning chefs, featuring dishes such as Roasted Loin of Venison and Dark Chocolate Nemesis. After enjoying the meal, a bottle of Champagne will be waiting on the balcony of each bedroom. Here guests can sit back and watch the celebrated Tenor, Martin Toal, sing romantic classics alongside violinist Emily Wainwright and female vocalist Kayley Rose. After the performance, guests will be invited back to the Garden Room for cheese and port. The special occasion will be rounded off with breakfast the following morning in the Harris Restaurant, with its spectacular views over Douglas Bay. Director of Hotels and Leisure at the Sefton Group, Adrian Brockhouse, said: ‘This unique evening is always hugely popular, and although Valentine’s is a way off, we would encourage people to book early to avoid disappointment.’ For an evening to remember on Saturday 11th February, call 645527 or email info@seftonhotel.co.im. -ENDS-
