Looking After Each Other (a workshop session for service users, carers and anyone interested in Mental Health) This event will be held on Monday 14th November at the iMuseum, Kingswood Grove, Douglas. It is being jointly organised and run by a committee of members of the Service Users’ Network, (SUN), Manx Carers’ Association and Crossroads Caring for Carers. The morning and afternoon sessions will be identical and non-judgemental and will start at 09:30 or 14:00, (please indicate your choice of session when booking). Each half day session will be divided into two parts. The first will look at “Understanding Confidentiality” facilitated by Andrew Lang; the second “Stigma and Discrimination” facilitated by John Gregory. The speakers will spend a short time talking about their subject and then there will be the opportunity to work in discussion groups. Bookings can be made by contacting SUN at serviceusersnetwork@manx.net or by ringing Elaine on 457756 by Friday 11th November stating your session preference. We hope you are able to attend and look forward to seeing you there. ENDS
