The 2011 rankings have been released by Archery GB and the Isle of Man Archery Association is delighted to announce that 15yr old Aalin George has been ranked as No. 1 Junior Compound archer in GB. In addition she has gained a senior ranking of 16th. It has been confirmed that Aalin has retained her place on the GB Junior Squad for the coming year and she will also receive an invitation to attend a Senior selection shoot. Not to be outdone, younger sister Kirsten who is 14 years old has been ranked 4th in the Junior Compound rankings and 40th in the Seniors. Kirsten has also just received confirmation that she has also been accepted onto the GB Junior Squad for the coming year. An outstanding achievement for the Island to have two Manx archers in the GB Junior Archery Squad in 2012.
