TT3D: Closer to the Edge DVD and Blu-ray Arrive In Isle of Man

by isleofman.com 24th November 2011
The first stocks of the groundbreaking film TT: Closer to the Edge have arrived at the headquarters of Tromode-based Duke and are now being shipped out to customers around the world – days before the official release date. The box office hit, which examines the world-famous event like never before against the backdrop of drama and tragedy of the 2010 TT, is one of the most anticipated DVD and Blu-ray releases Duke has ever handled. The 30-year-old Manx company has also been selling TT: Closer to the Edge, in both the Triple Play (3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD) and standard DVD formats at the Motorcycle Live show in Birmingham, attended by tens of thousands of biking fans. Duke Managing Director Peter Duke said: “Customers have been ordering TT: Closer to the Edge from us since the day the release on Blu-ray and DVD was confirmed. I am delighted we have now taken first deliveries of stock and been able to start shipping to customers a full four days before the official release.” “Duke is recognised around the world for motorsport home entertainment, which is why so many thousands of film fans have come to us to order TT: Closer to the Edge, even though it is not on the Duke label. In addition, we have been able to make some great special offers by bundling it with Duke titles.” TT: Closer to the Edge can be ordered from Duke by phoning 640000, visiting www.DukeVideo.com or visiting Champion House in Tromode. - Ends -
