Gough Fiduciary Sponsor UNICEF Field Trip to Benin

by isleofman.com 25th November 2011
Voirrey Collister, Chairperson of the Isle of Man UNICEF group, is about to embark upon a trip to the Republic of Benin in West Africa to take part in a field trip where she will visit a range of projects demonstrating UNICEF’s work in the area. Benin struggles to address persistent economic challenges and social discontent and the government of Benin is working closely with UNICEF to create a healthier environment for children. The aim of the trip is to gather information and talk through the issues faced by the children in Benin as well as to liaise with other UNICEF representatives on ideas for local fund-raising. Voirrey is a Manager at Gough Fiduciary LLC who are delighted to be sponsoring her travel by providing her with return flights to Gatwick. Voirrey said; “ I am very excited to be visiting Benin – It will be fantastic to see how UNICEF is using the funds raised by groups such as ourselves here on the Isle of Man and I am sure it will be a huge inspiration to see first hand just how much has been done as well as what there is still left to do. I am very grateful to Gough Fiduciary and to all my other sponsors for making this trip possible. I look forward to reporting back on my visit. ” If anybody would like to find out more about Voirrey’s trip to Benin, make a donation to UNICEF or find out more about getting involved with UNICEF on the Isle of Man you can contact Voirrey directly on Tel: 233343.
