Police are appealing for information in relation to a Burglary at a property located on Mount View Road in Onchan. An insecure property has been entered at some point between 8am and 4pm on Friday 25th November 2011 and a black coloured 16 inch flat screen Television / DVD combo has been taken. If anyone was in this area between these times and noticed anything suspicious or have information regarding this crime could they please contact Pc David Thommeny at Onchan Police station who would like to take this opportunity to remind the public to secure their premises when they are out and to make sure any valuables are not on display. ENDS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Police in Peel are appealing for any information in relation to a two vehicle Road Traffic Collision which occurred on The Glen Maye Road, Gordon at about 6.10pm on Friday 25th November 2011. A white coloured Transit type van failed to stop at the scene of the accident. This vehicle is likely to have sustained damage to its drivers door mirror. Anyone with any knowledge of the incident is asked to contact Constable Kerruish at Peel Police Station. ENDS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At sometime overnight between Saturday 26th November 2011 and Sunday 27th November a vehicle has collided with a stone wall opposite Arbory Parish hall in Ballabeg causing considerable damage to the wall and minor damage to the adjacent bus shelter. It is believed that a dark blue vehicle was responsible which subsequently left the scene without reporting the collision. It is thought that this vehicle will have noticeable front end damage. PC Mark LANGLEY commented “This collision has left considerable damage to a stone wall, the debris of which presented a significant hazard to both pedestrians and other road users. I would urge anyone with any information regarding this collision to please contact me at Port Erin Police Station”. ENDS
