Request For Information

by isleofman.com 5th December 2011
Around 9.45pm on the evening of Sunday 3rd December 2011 a resident was out walking her dog at the end of Urley Path near to Anagh Coar School when her dog was attacked by a Rottweiler dog which was roaming the streets without an owner. Fortunately the ladies dog only suffered minor injuries but it could have been so much worse particularly if it had been a small child attacked by the dog. Police would like to hear from any Rottweiler owners who live in that area, anybody who may have witnessed the attack or anybody with information about the dog responsible and its owner. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence. ENDS --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Between 07:15hrs and 07:30hrs on Saturday 3rd November 2011, a large quantity of red carpet has been illegally tipped into a yellow skip located at the front of the Cunard Apartments on Loch Promenade, Douglas. Police officers would like to speak to the persons responsible who were seen driving a large white van at the time and also request any information the public may have in assisting in identifying the persons responsible. Police would like those responsible to come forward and make themselves known to Police Constable 289 Andy Lloyd. ENDS
