On Sunday 11th December 2011 between 2pm and 3.30pm a white Renault Van was parked at Rhen Cullen facing the oncoming traffic in the Ramsey bound carriageway. During the time the vehicle was parked there, an unknown vehicle has collided with the van causing damage to the footstep on the passenger’s side. The occupant/s of the moving vehicle then stopped and picked up the damaged footstep and placed it inside the van. They left the scene having failed to leave any details or report the collision. Peel Police are asking members of the public, if they have seen anyone in the vicinity of the vehicle between those times they are asked to contact any Peel Police officer. Anyone with information to this incident is asked to contact any officer at Peel police station on 842208, or crime stoppers on 0800 555 111 ENDS
