This weeks Fita scratch league saw Tony Hartley top the gents recurve with a slightly below par performance with Jon Rutland getting the runners up spot, and in the gents compound Peter Mumford edged his way to the top spot from Colin Moore, only one lady compound archer this week that being Joy Gough who narrowly missed out on the top score of the day this honour fall to Peter Mumford. Also shot was a Portsmouth round for those trying to put in a qualifying score in for the Orrell Shoot in January and through this three personal bests were achieved by Marcus Boyd, Ed Bennett and Karen Lott and also three archer put their first of two rhubarb scores in this being Aalin George who tops the score board at present but it is early days just to remind everyone you have two chances in the indoor season to win the pies.
